FengShui Assistant analiza fotografías de estancias en tu dispositivo y te
devuelve un diagnóstico de feng shui. Esta política explica qué datos se
tratan, cómo y por qué. En resumen: tus fotos y análisis se guardan
solo en tu dispositivo; una imagen se envía a nuestro proveedor de
IA únicamente para generar el análisis y no se almacena en servidores propios.
1. Responsable del tratamiento
El responsable del tratamiento de los datos descritos en esta política es
FengShui Assistant (la aplicación). Para cualquier consulta

2. Qué datos tratamos
Fotografías de estancias que decides analizar. Se guardan
localmente en tu dispositivo y se envían, de forma puntual, a nuestro proveedor
de IA para generar el análisis. No se almacenan en servidores propios.
Resultados del análisis (puntuación, recomendaciones,
elementos detectados, etc.). Se guardan solo en tu dispositivo.
Identificador anónimo de dispositivo: un código aleatorio
generado por la app y guardado en el Llavero (Keychain). No contiene tu nombre,
email ni ningún dato identificativo, y sirve exclusivamente para repartir de
forma justa el límite de uso del servicio y prevenir abusos.
Preferencias de la app (idioma del análisis, escuela de
feng shui): se guardan solo en tu dispositivo.
La app no requiere registro ni cuenta, no
recopila datos de contacto, no incluye publicidad,
no usa herramientas de analítica ni de seguimiento, y
no comparte datos con terceros con fines publicitarios.
3. Con qué finalidad y base legal
Generar el análisis solicitado (procesar la foto): base
legal, la ejecución de un servicio que tú solicitas (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
Limitar el uso y prevenir abusos del servicio (identificador
anónimo de dispositivo): base legal, el interés legítimo en mantener el servicio
disponible y sostenible (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
4. Proveedores que intervienen
Para generar el análisis, la imagen se transmite a través de nuestra propia
infraestructura intermedia hasta un modelo de inteligencia artificial:
Anthropic (modelo de IA que produce el análisis). La imagen
se procesa para generar la respuesta y no se utiliza para entrenar sus modelos.
Consulta su
política de privacidad.
Cloudflare (servidor intermedio propio que custodia la clave
del servicio y aplica los límites de uso). Reenvía la imagen a Anthropic sin
almacenarla; solo mantiene contadores de uso temporales asociados al
identificador anónimo de dispositivo, que se eliminan automáticamente en un
plazo breve.
Estos proveedores pueden procesar los datos en servidores ubicados
fuera del Espacio Económico Europeo (por ejemplo, en EE. UU.).
Dichas transferencias se amparan en las garantías previstas por la normativa
aplicable (como las Cláusulas Contractuales Tipo de la Comisión Europea).
5. Conservación de los datos
Las fotos, los análisis y las preferencias permanecen en tu dispositivo
hasta que tú los borras (desde Ajustes → Borrar todos los
datos, eliminando una estancia, o desinstalando la app). El servidor
intermedio no conserva las imágenes; los contadores de uso temporales se eliminan
de forma automática en un plazo breve.
6. Tus derechos
Como la mayor parte de los datos se guarda únicamente en tu dispositivo, tú
tienes el control directo: puedes consultarlos en la app y borrarlos en cualquier
momento. Además, conforme al RGPD, te asisten los derechos de acceso,
rectificación, supresión, limitación, oposición y portabilidad. Para ejercerlos
respecto a cualquier tratamiento descrito aquí, escribe a
imanol.nieto@gmail.com. También tienes
derecho a reclamar ante la autoridad de control competente (en España, la Agencia
Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).
7. Menores
La app no está dirigida a menores de 14 años y no recopila conscientemente sus
datos.
8. Seguridad
La comunicación con el servidor intermedio y con el proveedor de IA se realiza
mediante conexiones cifradas (HTTPS). La clave de acceso al servicio nunca viaja
dentro de la app: se custodia en el servidor.
9. Cambios en esta política
Si esta política cambia, se actualizará en esta misma dirección con una nueva
fecha de vigencia.

FengShui Assistant analyzes photos of rooms on your device and returns a feng
shui assessment. This policy explains what data is processed, how, and why. In
short: your photos and analyses are stored only on your device;
an image is sent to our AI provider solely to generate the analysis and is not
stored on any servers of ours.

The controller of the data described in this policy is

2. What data we process
Photos of rooms you choose to analyze. They are stored
locally on your device and sent, on a one-off basis, to our AI provider to
generate the analysis. They are not stored on any servers of ours.
Analysis results (score, recommendations, detected items,
etc.). Stored only on your device.
Anonymous device identifier: a random code generated by the
app and stored in the Keychain. It contains no name, email, or identifying
information, and is used solely to fairly distribute the service's usage limit
and prevent abuse.
App preferences (analysis language, feng shui school):
stored only on your device.
The app requires no sign-up or account, collects
no contact details, contains no advertising,
uses no analytics or tracking tools, and does
not share data with third parties for advertising.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Generating the requested analysis (processing the photo):
legal basis is the performance of a service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Limiting usage and preventing abuse (anonymous device
identifier): legal basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service
available and sustainable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Providers involved
To generate the analysis, the image is transmitted through our own intermediate
infrastructure to an artificial intelligence model:
Anthropic (the AI model that produces the analysis). The
image is processed to generate the response and is not used to train its models.

Cloudflare (our own intermediate server that safeguards the
service key and enforces usage limits). It forwards the image to Anthropic
without storing it; it only keeps temporary usage counters tied to the anonymous
device identifier, which are deleted automatically after a short period.
These providers may process data on servers located outside the
European Economic Area (for example, in the USA). Such transfers rely on
the safeguards required by applicable law (such as the European Commission's
Standard Contractual Clauses).
5. Data retention
Photos, analyses, and preferences remain on your device until you delete
them (via Settings → Delete all data, by deleting a room, or by
uninstalling the app). The intermediate server does not retain images; the
temporary usage counters are deleted automatically after a short period.
6. Your rights
Because most data is stored only on your device, you have direct control: you
can view it in the app and delete it at any time. In addition, under the GDPR you
have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and
portability. To exercise them regarding any processing described here, write to
imanol.nieto@gmail.com. You also have
the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (in Spain,
the Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es).
7. Children
The app is not directed to children under 14 and does not knowingly collect
their data.
8. Security
Communication with the intermediate server and the AI provider uses encrypted
connections (HTTPS). The service access key never travels inside the app: it is
kept on the server.
9. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, it will be updated at this same address with a new
effective date.
